There may be times when you don’t have enough budget to throw out an extravagant birthday party for your child.  However, you still want to celebrate your child’s birthday and this is when you have to come up with creative ideas so that the party can be enjoyed by everybody even though your budget is small.  Apart from creative ideas, you need to plan your ideas carefully so that everything runs smoothly.  When the real time comes, you will find out that every kid will adore your child’s birthday party and they won’t even know you are actually spending very little money for this occasion.

First of all, you have to identify things that you can buy for the party.  Be sure to stick to it, or else you may tend to spend more than your budget allows you to.  Then, you have to pick a suitable shopping place to get all your required items for the party.  The perfect place is a thrift shop or a discount store.  After that, you have to select a suitable venue for the party.  A park or your own backyard is a perfect location for your child’s birthday party.  After all they are free of charge and there is enough room for everybody to enjoy themselves.

You can create a game that will not cost you even a cent.  If you already have a Bench Ottoman at your home, you can place the Bench Ottoman in the middle of your backyard so that your child can play the ‘musical chair’ game with her friends.  Apart from the Bench Ottoman, you only need an MP3 player and a speaker to play the music out loud and if your child doesn’t own one she can always borrow from her friends.

For food, it is wise to purchase them in bulk because you are able to get a price deduction.  Food like hot dogs and fries are most favored by kids. Basically anything you can put into a propane fryer will be ok, everything from hot dogs to twinkies.

For drinks, you can prepare your own lemonade juice since it is very cheap and tastes great.
